Ok... So I am pretty new to blogging but I have become addicted!! I love to cook... I love to cook nearly everything!! Lately I have been BBQ ing everything! I have a Traeger BBQ grill, which I am in love with!! I have been cooking pizza, Japaleno Poppers, Vegies, Beef, and fish all within the last week. Yesterday while I was at Costco they had Halibut on Sale... So that is what will be on the Traeger tonight. Also over the weekend I picked up my Bountiful basket... There was Mexican zuccini in the basket so along with the Halibut I am going to make Mexican zuccini fries with a creamy wasabi dip. This will be a meal that I have never made before and I am super excited.... I could not find many recipes for Halibut on the Traeger so I am going to wing it... Hope everything turns out great!!
